We offer two service packages: Artisan and Visionary, each with distinct deliverables and pricing as outlined on our website.

2. Client Responsibilities:

You are responsible for providing clear and concise specifications for your desired visuals. For the Artisan package, this includes precise details, unique identifiers, and any specific requirements. For the Visionary package, providing a general vision and brand aesthetic is sufficient. You are also responsible for any content you provide to us, ensuring it does not infringe on any copyright or trademark.

3. Payment and Revisions:

Payment is due upon completion of the project, as outlined in your chosen package. The Artisan package includes unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied. The Visionary package includes a reasonable number of revisions to ensure the visuals align with your overall vision. We reserve the right to charge for excessive revisions that fall outside the scope of the original agreement.

4. Intellectual Property:

Upon full payment, you own the rights to the final, custom-designed visuals we create for you. However, Imagine That retains the right to showcase these visuals in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We do not own the rights to any content you provide to us.

5. Confidentiality:

We will treat all information you provide to us as confidential. We will not share your information with any third parties without your prior consent, except as required by law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties:

While we strive to provide high-quality visuals, we do not warrant that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of our visuals for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, Imagine That shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our liability to you for any direct damages shall be limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
